We are currently looking for an analytically minded **Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social Media** to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up as a leader and work on a team with full in-house marketing, product design, and supply chain capabilities. We are seeking an individual that is both analytical and creative to seek out new customer acquisition opportunities and guide our company through a continued period of high-growth.

**Job Description** As a Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Social Media you will**:
- Be responsible for setting up, managing and continually optimizing paid social media campaigns such as Meta and TikTok.
- Coordinate setup of engaging ad units by working with content teams (social media, copy, and graphic designers) to develop ad creative.
- Identify and lead alternative growth initiatives (digital and non-digital) and continuously think of new ways to attract customers, collaborating with other teams and new partners as needed.
- Keep track of latest industry trends, best practices and competitors and translate into executable ideas.
**Qualifications** The Qualifications and Experience we like to see**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role for a retail or e-commerce brand, with hands on experience in executing paid social (IG/FB and TikTok), search (Google & Bing), shopping, display, and video campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with hands on experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and some type of attribution reporting software.
- Excellent research skills and drive to remain current on trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support campaigns, and react to performance as needed.
- Great attention to detail with willingness to adapt to rapid change, and ability to prioritize.
