**About the role**:
Clutch is looking for a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to join our Growth Marketing team You are a results-oriented strategic thinker who can plan and execute a comprehensive multi-channel paid digital strategy to drive and scale efficient customer acquisition.

In this position, you will be working with a variety of ad platforms and channels including Google, Youtube, Display, Tik Tok and Facebook to launch campaigns that help bring prospects through all stages of the marketing funnel from awareness to consideration to activation.

You will be managing and scaling a growing budget while developing new and creative ad and content ideas to continuously A/B test campaigns and drive growth and efficiency.

In this role, you will be working alongside our Growth Marketing team to help bring the strategy to life. You have meticulous attention to detail and are obsessed with numbers and approaching campaigns and experiments in a methodical and data-driven way.

**What you'll do**:

- Own the lifecycle of various digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and hit Acquisition, CAC and CPA targets.
- This includes launching new campaigns, day-to-day management, controlling budget pacing, ongoing optimization and reporting.
- Work alongside our brand team to launch and consistently A/B test copy and creative to drive acquisition and optimize CAC and CPA.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Hubspot, Periscope and Gsuite to develop accessible and comprehensive reporting on channel performance.

**What we're looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience managing and efficiently scaling spend in paid digital channels including Google Search, Youtube, Display, Tik Tok, Shopping and Facebook. Ideally, in a scaling B2C eCommerce startup.
- You are a self-starter, driven, organized and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment of a fast scaling startup.
- Strong analytical and communication skills. You are great at diagnosing problems, working with data sets, analyzing results and communicating them in a concise and effective way with stakeholders.
- You have experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Specialist, Gsuite, and tracking and reporting tools. Experience with Hubspot, Amplitude, Tableau, Unbounce and Zapier is a plus.
- You constantly stay informed with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing and paid performance channels to help drive best practices and new ideas.
