**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
This specific role is on the Business Leadership side of the business, with a focus on CPG and Pharmaceuticals. We’re looking for someone who has agency experience across integrated brand, digital and experiential and who has a keen interest in the metaverse and other virtual platforms.

You will be exposed to Momentum’s strategic, creative and production process by shepherding project-related details to internal teams and client teams and directly supporting an Account Director and Senior Account Manager.

**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)**
- Overall account coordination for client programs including integrated campaigns and activations
- Effectively manage multiple programs simultaneously, taking initiative to manage up to the Sr. Account Manager and Account Director
- Own client and agency processes/administration for all programs (meeting management, creative brief creation in partnership with strategy, research and program workback schedules)
- Develop rapport with client, managing daily communications, reporting and presentations
- Effectively interpret client feedback for internal revision requirements
- Cultivate strong relationships and communication with internal teams including: Strategy, Creative, Production, Accounts, Finance, and Leadership
- Support with budget creation, tracking and reconciliation
- Participate in and oversee the management of project financials, including job reconciliation, in accordance with agency policy and procedures
- Create estimates with the understanding of fee structure and client parameters
- Develop and own key project management documents (workback schedule, contact reports, resource requests, tactical and creative briefs etc.)

**HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience at a marketing agency is required (experience In lieu of a degree will be considered)
- Proven experience working in a collaborative, creative environment
- Have a pulse on latest industry and cultural trends to bring strategic and innovative insights to the work
- Experience working in cultural industries (i.e. music, sport, beverage) an asset
- Experience working in Pharmaceuticals an asset
- Experience working in marketing, event and/or project management an asset
- Thrive under pressure in a fast paced work environment, using strong judgment to troubleshoot issues
- Comfortable with flexible work hours, travel, and work onsite
- Personable and positive, eager to establish yourself as a valued contributor to the team
- Curious, eager to learn and exceed what is expected
- Proactive, seeking out opportunities to support the team
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage workload with mínimal oversight or revisions to work
- A self-starter that’s able to work independently and as part of team
- Knowledge of financials: billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and ability to generate estimates
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and confidence presenting
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
- Bilingual is an asset
