You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
- Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions
- Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
- Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale
- Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
- Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

**More about this role**
- Customer Management:
- Support the Key Account Manager with day to day customer management and interface.
- Accountable to plan and forecast made to order items (PPK’s, DRP's, PDQ's)
- Accountable for internal management of Innovation and Scale activation planning and execution.
- Leading an initiative across the Customer Business Team.
- Revenue and Trade Planning:
- Support the Key Account Manager on revenue planning and forecasting for the IBP process.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of CPW revenue and monthly/weekly trade planning through EPIC.
- Accountable for the trade management processes by reviewing tactic report, closing promotions in a timely manner, adjusting spends on all events, ensuring funding is sufficient while collaborating the Customer Finance Manager.
- Accountable to work with Demand Planning and Revenue Planning on overall forecast and gating of orders and retail bookings.
- Connect with the SSA group to ensure proper A/R clearance and management.
- Retail Execution:
- Support the retail planning, communication (POP, WiSE, booking process) and execution at store level.
- Trade show co-ordination and management when required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail sales experience in CPG or retail industry
- Ideally 1-2 years internal customer support role in CPG or retail industry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Experience with the business planning cycle and thorough understanding of revenue planning and forecasting
**Competencies**
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage, synthesize, and integrate large amounts of data.
- Understanding of multiple customers’ Go To Market (GTM) strategies, structure and business practices
- French Language skills an asset
