Description d'emploi

**À quoi vous attendre de ce rôle?**
- Aider les clients avec les requêtes relatives aux polices ou aux réclamations et participerez à la vente incitative ou à la conservation des polices d’assurance maladie pour animaux de compagnie.
- Inciter les clients existants à rehausser leurs polices d’assurance maladie des animaux de compagnie ou à rester avec nous.
- Répondre aux questions, défendre et résoudre les requêtes des clients en ce qui concerne les détails de la police et des réclamations, en collaboration avec les spécialistes de fonctions au service à la clientèle, au service de réclamation et au service de la souscription.
- Consigner les notes des interactions avec les clients à l’aide du système interne et faire un suivi avec les clients pour obtenir les renseignements précis.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de contrôle de la qualité pour continuellement améliorer les protocoles de service et de vente, ainsi que les normes.
- Recommander des polices et des rehaussements en se concentrant sur la rétention et la croissance du bassin de clients pour atteindre les cibles déterminées et répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Promouvoir nos services et renseigner les clients potentiels par des appels entrants et sortants, ou en ligne.

**Qu’apportez-vous à ce rôle?**
- Les permis d’assurance de dommages de niveau 1 ou 2 est requis
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou combinaison et expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et verbale.
- Vous êtes un pro de la navigation de programmes multiples en même temps.
- Vous êtes déterminé à atteindre les objectifs individuels et collectifs.
- Vous avez des capacités éprouvées pour reconnaître des occasions de vente dans un environnement de centre de contact.
