**Role**

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for the management of customer orders. With your ability to listen, you'll build relationships of trust with the customer and provide the best service possible: satisfaction above all

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer calls and take orders
- Provide customers all the necessary information concerning orders and deliveries
- Advise customers on products
- Troubleshoot issues with customers and escalate to the manager as needed
- Handle complaints from customers with a professional and respectful attitude;
- Inspect and clean the frames
- Executing any additional tasks related to Customer Service.

**Requirements**:
The ideal customer service representative is devoted to the satisfaction of the customer. They dedicate their full attention to each customer: regardless of the length of the call. The most important thing is that the customer feels that you do everything in your power to assist them.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in over the phone customer service;
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Job stability;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in English and French, oral and written
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- At ease with learning new computer programs;
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks;
- Knowledge of the field of optics and eyewear, an asset;
- Patience and listening;
- Professional and respectful attitude.

**Option to have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home)**

**Rôle**

En tant que représentant au service à la clientèle, vous serez responsable de la bonne gestion des commandes des clients. Grâce à votre grande écoute, vous saurez établir des relations de confiance avec la clientèle et lui offrir le meilleur service possible : la satisfaction avant tout

**Responsabilités principales**
- Répondre aux appels des clients et prendre les commandes;
- Fournir aux clients tous les renseignements nécessaires concernant les commandes et les livraisons;
- Conseiller les clients sur les produits
- Résoudre les problèmes au sujet des commandes;
- Gérer les plaintes des clients avec une attitude professionnelle et respectueuse;
- Inspecter et nettoyer les montures
- Exécuter tout autre responsabilité pertinente au service à la clientèle.

**Exigences**

Le conseiller au service à la clientèle idéal est dévoué à la satisfaction du client. Il dédie toute son attention à chaque personne : peu importe la durée de l’appel, le plus important c’est que le client sente que vous faites tout en votre pouvoir pour l’aider.
- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle au téléphone;
- Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires
- Stabilité d’emploi;
- Bonnes habiletés de communication et bilingue en français et anglais;
- Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et français, à l’oral et a l’écrit;
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques;
- Capacité à effectuer des tâches répétitives;
- Connaissance du domaine de l’optique ou de la lunetterie, un atout;
- Patience et écoute actives;
- Attitude professionnelle et respectueuse.

**Possibilité d'avoir un horaire hybride (3 jours au bureau, 2 jours à domicile).**

Salaire : 18,00$ à 21,50$ par heure

Heures prévues : 40 par semaine
