At Ovido we specialize in organic social media management. We're on a mission to help startups and small to medium-sized businesses organically grow their audience.

We're on the hunt for a talented Sales Manager to lead our team here at Ovido. If you've got experience in sales leadership or are a seasoned sales pro, we want to hear from you As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our sales team, overseeing training sessions, facilitating weekly role-playing exercises, conducting regular reviews of sales calls, refining our sales scripts, creating daily checklists for our sales associates, and tracking all sales metrics. Plus, you'll be rolling up your sleeves and making sales calls yourself.

This is a 100% commission-based role with exciting incentives and flexible hours, that you set (minimum of 8 hours per week). This is a great way to build supplemental passive income as you build towards a full-time role. You'll earn 10% of all monthly revenue from clients you personally sign, along with 5% of all monthly revenue from clients brought in by the sales reps under you. On top of that, you'll receive $50 for every Zoom appointment that shows up and $15 for every Zoom appointment that shows up for the sales reps under you.

**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Ovido. In this role, you'll start by building out our sales systems and strategies. As the sales team is built, you will then be responsible for managing the team, providing training and support, and driving sales growth. You'll play a key role in developing and refining our sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals
- Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales leadership or extensive experience as a successful salesperson
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive 10% commission on every referred client's monthly fees as long as they are a client.
- 5% of all monthly revenue from clients that sales reps under you bring in.
- $50 for every Zoom appointment that shows up.
- $15 for every Zoom appointment that shows up for the sales reps under you.

**Note**: This is a commission-based position. Your income will be based on the monthly fees of clients you sign, however, the commission you receive is monthly recurring so as you sign more clients your monthly income will compound.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
