play a key role in helping us grow by leveraging your knowledge of the industry and using your
natural ability to turn warm opportunities into closed deals. Your collaborative approach will fit

**Accountabilities**:
Achieve or exceed sales targets while upholding the KBL values.
Drive sales and relationships with key clients for KBL Projects in the Pacific
region.
Spend most of your time leveraging your own and other KBL employee’s networks to identify and
pursue new opportunities that fit the KBL sales plan and introducing KBL’s services.
Negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring that their needs and requirements are
met.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and target
markets.
Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents. You are an expert in sales
and know when to bring in internal technical experts to assist you with this analysis and with
presenting to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client contact information, sales activities,
and deal status.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on the construction or environmental
industry.
Experience in remediation, reclamation and demolition a definite asset.
Demonstrated sales ability shown through metrics.
Ability to interact effectively and respectfully with various types of stakeholders; internal and
external, including first nations;
Ability to travel within the province
