- To lead a team of outbound sales via email and calls to qualified competitor accounts
- Create model of KPI Targets for future Belgrade based team to follow;mails sent/dayZoom meetings/weekEngineering Samples ShippedProvide QuotesDesign Wins/Qtr
- Schedule monthly hunting sessions with outside sales teams for first week of each month.
- Organize workshops with sales team to update market data.
- Analyze attendee's for trade shows, and reach out to schedule meeting at event.
