**The ISV Community Associate Opportunity**

Spring is hiring for a new ISV Community Associate - someone who is excited to support our expanding community of newcomer entrepreneurs participating in our Impact Startup Visa Program. This role is for someone who excels at stakeholder engagement and understands the needs of newcomers as they come to Canada. This role also requires experience in event management, strong attention to detail, and an intuitive sense of anticipating the needs of a community. Overall we seek someone who loves to build connections between community members weaving a strong network of relationships.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
**Community Engagement**
- Implement the multi-platform engagement strategy in accordance with the stakeholder (participants, alums, expert speakers, mentors, partners) engagement plan to activate and strengthen relationships
- Support in event planning and management for our community
- Act as the participant champion in program/curriculum design and development through various alum touchpoints
- Build resources and processes for onboarding and graduating program participants
- Identify and seek out new opportunities for amplifying, celebrating, and adding value to our stakeholders (participants, alums, expert speakers, mentors, partners)
- Support in building and implementing the mentor program including sourcing mentors, mentor-mentee matching and measuring program effectiveness.
- Support on building and implementing the expert speaker strategy for our Impact Startup Visa Program

**We are a match if you are**
- Passionate about the impact and making the world better than it is today
- Already experienced with HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and GSuite
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and able to manage a diverse array of projects at the same time
- Have previous experience with event production and management
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities according to changing demands
- Energized by connecting with and supporting people
- A proactive and creative problem solver

**Compensation**
- As a full-time employee, a starting salary of $65,000 CAD
- Access to Spring’s Benefits Package including an $800 home office stipend and a $1,000 health stipend prorated for the year.
- Based in Greater Vancouver - able to work from home & a co-working space available for connecting with the team.

- 15 days of paid vacation per year with 5 Personal Health Days
- Company-wide time off between Christmas and New Year as additional paid time off beyond BC Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
