**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including scheduling appointments, assisting the office manager, and handling correspondence.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, to address inquiries and facilitate communication.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain client information and records in our files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Education and Experience**:
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are considered an asset.
Previous experience in a financial or wealth management setting is advantageous.
