The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers at the dealership. This key position is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and other administrative functions as assigned. The Receptionist will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand and dealership loyalty.
Duties
- Answering phones
- Organizing deliveries
- Assist the accounting department with various tasks and projects, as necessary
- Greet customers walking into the dealership and direct people to the appropriate person
- Assisting in other administrative tasks
**Skills**:
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexible and open to change; an initiative to take on special tasks as needed.
- Organized with an attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize.
- Excellent customer service skills including superb telephone demeanour with active listening.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma
