Cambridge, Canada GoGPS Full time

GoGPS requires a new team member to assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing customer orders, and managing inventory requirements. The job will include assisting support to confirm compliance for our customers fleets and would include both customer and interoffice interaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Attend meetings and take detailed minutes
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and assist with support
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements and skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
