**Job summary**
We are looking for an addition to the Service team that can support the 2 service project managers in the administrative work. This is a level entry position towards a project coordinator role.
**What you will be doing**
- Creating activities, sales quotes and POs in SAP for service projects
- Entering data into the production plan
- Creating production folder and handing it to production department. (Care package)
- Communicating with Scheduling for coordination and updates.
- Monitoring status of production and shipping
- Providing shipping (tracking/bill of lading/packing slips/photos) info to clients/installers.
- NCR Reporting
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Has great interpersonal and communicational skills
- Ability analyze information
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Good knowledge in Excel, Outlook MS Office
- DEP/DEC, vocational studies or other level of education combined with experience
- Bilingual
