**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer service requests such as delivery information, stock checks, additions, cancellations, expediting, order status, Return Material Authorizations and Credits
- Investigate discrepancies resulting from shipping or pricing errors.
- Assemble information and prepare reports as required.
- Liase with other departments within the company
- Order/Data entry when required.
- Prioritize customer demands constantly
- Filing of order and packing slips in appropriate electronic files
- Work with Customer Care Team to ensure that customers are answered in a timely fashion

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience is required
- Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
- Experience on an ERP system an asset
- Good data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to act independently and with mínimal supervision
- Team Player
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
