**About the Company**: Logistics and Transportation company is looking for a Customer Service Representative To provide effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external customers.

**Type**: Permanent, Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and take actions to ensure such needs are met;
- Ensure that customer service processes are followed; from order entry to delivery of goods;
- Determine best solutions for issues initiated by customers;
- Process customer orders in a timely manner including reviewing and checking orders according to established department policies and procedures;
- Manage open customer orders to ensure all orders are generated for picking and packing and able to be invoiced prior to each fiscal month end;
- Handle and resolve queries raised by customers, department managers and/or the finance department;
- Provide absence coverage to other members of the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of related experience (3PL system, or in Freight Field)
- Results-driven, and be effective working independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
- Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines
