**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in English and French is Mandatory.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, axées sur la fourniture d'une expérience exceptionnelle.
- Une expérience préalable en ventes est préférable mais non obligatoire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ; maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est indispensable.
- Capacité à analyser les besoins des clients et à recommander des solutions appropriées.
- Expérience en saisie de données et familiarité avec les systèmes CRM est un atout.
- Capacité démontrée à promouvoir des produits de manière efficace tout en maintenant la confiance du client.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en gérant plusieurs tâches de manière efficace.
