**Sales Lead Gen**

We are currently seeking a Lead Generator who is responsible for strategic prospecting and qualifying potential clients to support the Operations Manager in the pursuit of revenue targets and business goals. You'll be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives, while working as a valuable member of our team. You will record data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.

**Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Conduct research on clients and industries that align with Titan;
- Conduct online research to better understand local businesses, and their security, sitter and CCA needs;
- Inform and educate potential clients of the suite of services Titan can offer;
- Ensure lead follow-up is executed in a timely and professional manner;
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly targets;
- Generate leads and book sales appointments by contacting businesses within a given target market;
- Engage in proactive business conversations with business owners/decision makers to generate interest in our services;
- Maintain accurate records

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Previous experience generating sales opportunities over the phone;
- Experience interacting with business owners and decision makers;
- Effective and persuasive communication skills;
- Self-motivated and persistence to ‘go the extra mile;
- Ability to work independently and,
- Ability to multi-task, and have a self-start attitude

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
