**Summary**:Responsible for providing a high level of administrative capabilities within Normet Canada’s shop production planning; Field Services; and Spare parts sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Coordinates manufacturing rebuild and repair (R&R) process for Field Service and shop work.

Works with Operative Purchaser to plan Spare parts for machine upfits, rebuilds/remans, and critical components for field service work.

Maintain the databases and schedule for Manufacturing and warranty claims

Provide administrative support to the quality and warranty process.

Coordinate spare parts lists for existing EQ and new machine proposals

Maintain the documented process for EQ and Service R&R

Ensure all EQ documentation is delivered with the equipment to the customer.

Support Field Services group through Norcat/certification up-keep, maintaining service schedule and travel arrangements

Other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Well organized with the ability to work with others in a professional manner with Time Management Skillset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Operating ERP systems
- Customer Service Orientated
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Math Aptitude
- Valid Driver’s License

**Education/Experience**:

- High School Diploma
- Preference will be given to those with proven mechanical, electrical spare parts experience or equivalent
- At least 3 Years of Experience in a role with relative responsibilities at OEM Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors or Mining/Contracting Maintenance Planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
