The individual will be responsible for monitoring credit limits within assigned customers, account set ups, researching account activity and resolving past due accounts through extensive contact with customers and their portals. Also responsible for improving cash flow and minimizing bad debt write offs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The duties of an Accounts Receivable Analyst include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented credit department.
- Account set up, creating Bill to and/or Ship to addresses.
- Investigating tax issues
- Responsible for assigned customer account order releases, recommendation of credit line adjustments for customer, and closing the communication lines with the Sales representation on a monthly basis.
- Providing customer service regarding credit issues, processing customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining assigned accounts. Customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the credit process.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with dealers and sales.
- **Essential Functions**:

- Weekly and monthly reporting to direct manager.
- Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting.
- High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers.
- Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due.
- Provide excellent & considerate customer service to dealers and sales.
- Internal and External customer interface.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
- Oracle knowledge is an asset.
- Navigating different portal systems is a must.

**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 years related experience; post-secondary education an asset
- Knowledge of Billing and credit procedures; Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus
- Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service
- Accepts responsibility and proactively resolves issues (‘solution focused’) on a timely basis
- Forward thinking with ability to review/enhance existing processes and create efficiencies.
- Thorough, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Effective team player works efficiently to get the job done.
- Excellent listening skills and interpersonal relations in dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Working knowledge of computer programs, database, Microsoft software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle)

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Manual dexterity required to operate computer and peripherals.
- Interacts with employees, various management levels and the public at large.

**The base salary for this role is between $50,000 - $55,000.**
