**Accounts Receivable duties and responsibilities**:
Maintaining the billing system

Generating invoices and account statements

Performing account reconciliations

Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

Producing monthly financial and management reports

Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

Assisting in general financial management and analysis

**Job qualifications and requirements**:
Minimum two years experience in an accounts receivable role with an accounting background is required for this role. A Bachelor’s degree isn’t a necessity, however, studies in Accounting, Finance or Economics, Mathematics would be helpful.

**Desirable Skills**:
An ability to prioritise and manage expectations

A keen eye for detail

An ability to work independently

The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within and outside the company

A mathematical background

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
