We are currently seeking a **Technical Sales Manager** to drive growth in the consulting, testing services and acoustic laboratory measurement systems markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in consulting services and acoustic measurement systems.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and markets worldwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to better serve them.
- Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and consulting teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts
**Consulting Services Expansion**:
- Actively promote Mecanum’s noise and vibration consulting expertise to industries such as automotive, aerospace, construction, and consumer electronics.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored consulting proposals that meet client needs.
**Acoustic Measurement Systems Sales**:
- Demonstrate and sell advanced acoustic laboratory measurement systems to R&D departments, testing labs, and industrial clients.
- In collaboration with our expert’s team provide technical guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
- Co-create tailored commercial proposals with our experts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Talent to establish strong and friendly relationship with people.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role, preferably, but not necessarily, in noise and vibration, acoustics, or measurement systems.
- Ability to explain and simplify complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar.
**Working Conditions**
- Permanent, full-time position.
- 37.5 hours/week.
- On-site preferred but hybrid work possible.
- Annual salary to be discussed based on experience.
