What is a typical work day?
- Have leadership: motivate sorters, be their reference.
- Have a sense of responsibility: be the right-hand man of the Sorting Supervisor, communicate to him the manpower needs.
- Have good stress management: work under pressure and be at the heart of the action.
- Supervise the unloading of the truck, ensure the efficiency of the team and enforce safety measures at work.
- Be resourceful: respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events.

Our most valuable Lead Hand:

- At least 3 years in a warehouse position and 6 months in a Lead Hand role (an asset).
- Has general computer knowledge (Office365).
- Knows the current occupational health and safety regulations in force.
- Is able to express yourself in English.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
- Avoir du leadership : motiver les trieurs, être leur référence.
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités : être le bras droit du Superviseur de tri, lui communiquer les besoins de main-d’œuvre.
- Avoir une bonne gestion du stress : travailler sous pression et être au cœur de l’action.
- Superviser le déchargement du camion, assurer l’efficacité de l’équipe et faire respecter les mesures de sécurité au travail.
- Être débrouillard : répondre rapidement aux demandes de changements et aux imprévus.

Le chef d’équipe de tri idéal à nos yeux:

- Détient au moins 3 ans dans un poste d’entrepôt et 6 mois dans un poste de chef d’équipe (un atout).
- A de bonnes connaissances informatiques générales.
- Connaît bien les règlements de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Bonne communication en français et en anglais.
