Job Requirements and Experience
Required:
- Experience in office administration
- Post-secondary education
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SAGE
- Excellent telephone skills
Competencies:
- Must be autonomous and adaptive person
- Ability to deal with contentious issues with Plan members
- Ability to think outside the box
**Job Description**:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of two pension plans. The job is multi-faceted and will not entail one specific duty.
- Once basic knowledge of the Plans is attained, more duties will be added.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
