Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate, the Administrative Assistant I provides clerical and administrative support to the department.

- Grade 12 Secondary Diploma plus post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and office experience.
- Good oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative and sound judgement.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.54-$27.63 per hour
