**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Functions_

Opening files, preparing client bills, organizing and maintaining files, routine communication with clients and other law firms, banking, faxing, copying, and general office duties.
- Corporate/Commercial Law_

Organizing corporate records, preparing corporate documents, assisting with various corporate transactions and preparing reports.
- Will and Estates_

**Lot of opportunity for professional growth and assumption of more responsibilities.**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma (not Paralegal Dimploma)

Knowledge and experience using PC Law software, Microsoft Word, Outlook and general computer literacy.

Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm preferably in areas of corporate and/or estates and/or real estate.

Good communication and organizational skills

Professional manner

Ability to learn quickly, to work independently and to prioritize work

Driver’s License and access to an automobile is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
