Provide administrative support to lawyers;
- Transcribe, prepare, and revise legal documents, contracts, and correspondence;
- Opening and closing of legal files;
- Legal Assistant Certificate or Law Clerk diploma from an accredited institution;
- 2+ year's of experience in an administrative role in a law office
- Experience with Municipal law will be considered an asset;
