Our client, a Toronto based law firm, is hiring a Civil Litigation Law Clerk This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

- Full service boutique law firm specializing in business law, civil litigation, family law, real estate and tax and estate planning.
- Top tier Toronto law firm
- Provide legal clerking and administrative support to lawyers;
- Proofread and edit legal documents;
- Assist with docketing and client billing;
- Arranging surveillance and other investigations and preparing all related documentation, liaising with investigator and reporting to client and counsel and
- Post-secondary diploma in a recognized law clerk program, or combination of education and experience;
- 5+ years general litigation environment, insurance defence experience is an asset;
- Understanding of the Federal Court Rules and an understanding of legal terminology;
- Strong technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, ACL, NetDocs, Acumin);
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Adobe PDF;
