**POSITION TITLE: VMI Customer Service Representative**
**This is a Full Time position on the day shift.**

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Travel to customer facilities in London and surrounding area on a daily or weekly basis
- Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory replenishment for on-site inventory and vending machine inventory at customer stocking locations
- Interact with the customer’s personnel to provide the highest level of customer service
- Fill customer orders and package orders for delivery
- Complete deliveries as required
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory at all stocking locations
- Work with WFS Sales staff to create VMI programs for customers
- Advise Inside Customer Service Representative of customer orders and requests
- Follow all safety protocol in compliance with WFS' Health and Safety policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the customer’s safety program
- Support the WFS Quality System
- All other duties as assigned
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience, and 2 years’ customer service experience
- Completion of high school diploma, or equivalent experience
- Ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and work independently
- Demonstrated winning attitude
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and business partners, and communicate effectively
- Ability to learn and retain new software programs relating to industrial vending
- Possession of a valid G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
