Job Description: VMI Inventory Specialist


We are seeking an experienced VMI Inventory Specialist to join our team in London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and customer service.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform daily or weekly site visits to customer facilities
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and replenishment for on-site inventory and vending machines
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customer personnel
  • Fulfill customer orders and package them for delivery
  • Complete deliveries as required
  • Maintain accurate inventory records at all stocking locations
  • Collaborate with WFS Sales staff to create VMI programs for customers
  • Communicate customer orders and requests to Inside Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensure compliance with WFS Health and Safety policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act, and customer safety programs
  • Support the WFS Quality System
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum 1 year warehouse experience and 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Self-management and self-motivation skills
  • Demonstrated winning attitude
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Able to build relationships with customers and business partners
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft applications
  • Ability to learn new software programs related to industrial vending
  • Possession of a valid G driver's license and clean driver's abstract


Compensation Package:


The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
