Territory Sales Manager

Jett Auction is averaging 200 sold vehicles per month and are expanding rapidly. To support our growth, we need a motivated individual to help drive more business and grow alongside the company. This position will involve managing our current portfolio of clients while creating your own portfolio by bringing in new clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and cultivate strong relationships with our existing clientele while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the dealership and recreational industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for visiting dealerships, promoting our services, and securing new partnerships.
This role offers the opportunity to build your own portfolio, with a commission-based pay structure and compensation from residual income, earned through buyer and seller fees from the dealers you sign up. It’s a remote position, allowing you to set your own schedule while traveling across Vancouver Island to build relationships and acquire new dealers
**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prospect and approach businesses that are not currently utilizing our services to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct regular visits to dealerships to present our offerings and negotiate partnerships.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to address any inquiries or concerns.
Attend mandatory office days on Saturdays to manage deals that need to be negotiated between buyers and sellers during the live auction.
Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of office processes, including data input procedures, Explain the auction process to potential and new clients.
Create the documentation required for various types of sales, including automotive, RVs, and boats.
Track all stats, including sales, dealer relations,
Coordinate vehicle pickups with pick up team
Take pictures of vehicles for sale at sellers' locations if selling remotely through our provided program.
Obtain all necessary paperwork from the seller such as a Carfax report, registrations, and signed transfers.
Market yourself with the assistance of the internal marketing team to generate leads that come from Private Consignments
Enter client information into the CRM system provided by the Jett Auction Team
**Compensation**:
**Dealer Sign-Up Commission**: Earn $500 for each new dealer signed up, including automotive, boat, RV, tractor, and from other business that sign up to become a seller. (conditions apply)
- **Unit Sales Commission**:
- 30% commission on total buyer and seller fees for each unit sold, up to 30 units per month.
- After 31 units, commission increases to 40%, prorated across all total commissions collected.
- **Performance Bonus**: Maintain a 90-day rolling average of 30 sold units (portfolio and new business combined) to receive a $1,500 monthly bonus paid monthly
**Travel Allowance**: Receive a $500 monthly gas allowance
Pay: $5,000.00-$15,000.00 per month
