Based out of our office located in **Lachine (**or Quebec City), we have an immediate full-time opportunity available within the Merchandising department.

**Sales Coordinator, Major Accounts**

**Duties of this position include, but not limited to**:

- Provide service to our customers and Sales team with non-standard inquiries and orders
- Handle all requests for quotations (internal and external), offering alternatives, negotiation of cost and resale prices, inquiry follow-up and placing orders
- Coordinate non-standard orders from the stage of accurate entry into our system through to final billing
- Generate non-standard business on an ongoing basis
- Follow-up on price requests sent to customers, all in collaboration with the Account Representative
- Build relationship with our major customers

**The Successful Incumbent will have**:

- College diploma in related field (such as techniques in administration) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree an asset (Administration)
- Bilingualism is required
- Experience in customer service and purchasing, some Sales experience needed
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques as well as Sales skills
- Thorough, meticulous and organized
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
