As a Social Media Content Creator / Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, strategizing, and executing content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our staff and executive team to capture and craft the compelling stories of our travel experiences to grow our following. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience through creative and strategic content.

This role offers ultimate flexibility and is designed as a part time opportunity to start, with the view of developing into a full time role in future. You will be given targets for the amount of content that should be posted monthly but when you perform this work and how long it takes you to create it is ultimately at your discretion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Engage with trends and audience preferences to craft engaging content that resonates with both current and potential clients.
- Manage all social media interactions and respond to comments to foster a sense of community.
- Conduct social media A/B testing and analyze analytics to guide content decisions.
- Collaborate internally to create impactful campaigns and content that reflect our brand’s high standards and unique voice.
- Produce high-quality content that highlights our own incentive trips and the exclusive travel destinations our owners visit with regularity.
- Explore and initiate influencer relations, partnerships with brands, restaurants and other potential collaborations.
- Flexibility to adapt strategies and content based on evolving business needs and feedback.

- Proven track record of success in managing social media platforms.
- Strong strategic and growth mindset, with a keen eye for new social media opportunities.
- Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in finding compelling travel stories.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas and strategies.
- Experience with creative tools like photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, CapCut etc. are a strong asset

**Summary**:

Pay: $25,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
