**Role Profile**

Reporting to the Coordinator, Accessibility Services, the **Program Assistants** will support with a variety of projects within the Accessibility Services unit at March of Dimes Canada.

We are looking to fill 2 positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support related to various aspects of the role
- Support with additional program administrative functions as needed
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in Post secondary education in a related field
- Ability to work in a team and/or independently
- Exceptional communications and written skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary: $16.55 per hour**

- be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment.
- be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
- have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
- Note: International students are not eligible participants.
- This position will have a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of working remotely and in-person three days a week.
