**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for meeting an annual sales target in the metallurgical sector.
- Responsible for maximizing sales margins in the metallurgical sector.
- Expand the market of the metallurgical industry by promoting technologies and services.
- Analyze the needs of our customers and propose optimal and advantageous solutions.
- Develop the necessary partnerships to ensure the growth of the business volume.
- Monitor market developments (technological and demographic, competition or other changes) and inform the Direct Sales Manager.
- Present our measurement solutions, among others, at international conferences.
- Develop the strategic business plan for the metallurgical industry.

**Your background**:

- Excellent understanding of customer needs in metallurgical analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of instrumental systems.
- Must have a university degree in science or engineering and a minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience. Other experience may be considered.
- High degree of ambition for sales growth.
- Concern for customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and outreach skills, bilingual (French and English).
- Available to travel around the world (approximately 20% of his time).
