Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator & Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk and coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the CEO as well as maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a background in office management, administration, accounting or finance, we would love to hear from you. This job is a full time position from April to October, and part time from November to March (flexible and to be arranged).

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Draft and revise contracts
- Answer the main office phone line, communicate with clients and relay information to the Manager

**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong clerical and data entry skills
- Knowledge of website construction and web management
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently. Strong knowledge of computer troubleshooting problems.
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and other systems (Sage, QuickBooks)
- Experience working in an administrative office setting an asset
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Interest in tennis and/or a strong desire to learn about tennis is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
