**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment activities (job postings development, posting positions, interview preparation, reference checking, screening). May participate in interview process for designated positions.
- Respond to employee enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support, such as preparing presntations and other miscellaneous projects as required
- Assist in the coordination of HR related events (Career Fairs, Leadership Conferences, etc.)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- In the process of completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a focus on Human Resources, is preferred
- Experience with Taleo Recruit, Onboard, Perform, LEARN is an asset
- Knowledge of FileMaker an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exhibit professionalism and confidentiality
- Motivated and efficient self-starter with positive “can do” attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
