Hybrid Infusions, the parent company of Virtue Cannabis, is an independently owned and operated licensed cannabis producer based in Edmonton, Alberta. We create high-quality cannabis products for the Canadian market and believe that innovation, inclusivity, and teamwork are the key drivers of our success.

We are seeking individuals to join us as Processing Team Members, integral players in our day-to-day operations. This opportunity offers hands-on training, flexible scheduling options, and the chance to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the cannabis industry.

**About the Role**
- **Craft High-Quality Products**:Perform trimming, manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products.
- **Champion Compliance**: Strictly adhere to SOPs, guaranteeing all processes adhere to facility standards and regulations.
- **Keep the Operation Flowing**: Contribute to equipment upkeep and calibration, fostering efficiency in production and sanitation.
- **Safety First, Always**: Maintain a safe work environment by following clear procedures for handling concentrated materials and moving around the facility.
- **Cleanliness is Paramount**: Meticulously clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and workstations.
- **Document with Precision**: Assist with production activity documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
- Possesses a strong attention to detail.
- Prioritizes safety and follows instructions carefully.
- Has a willingness to learn and grow within the cannabis industry (prior experience a plus, but not required).

**Shift Schedule**

Shifts may be any of the following:

- Monday to Friday
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday

**Requirements**:

- Local to the Edmonton area or able to commute, with reliable transportation.
- Able to perform physical activities for the duration of a shift (standing, walking, moving equipment, stairs) including repetitive movements (packaging, trimming, production).
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (22kg)
- Comfortable squatting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Able to wear personal protective equipment as needed, including but not limited to sanitary clothing covers, gloves, mask, respirator, and/or eye protection while working.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to entering the facility.
- No experience necessary.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
