YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working outdoors on a cannabis farm

*Assist with harvesting, post-harvest production, and packaging in an efficient manner. This includes: harvesting, bucking, packaging and cleaning

*Conduct cleanup and room sanitation according to Standard Operating Procedures, and Health Canada Cannabis Regulation

*Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform physical tasks; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs at a time

*Punctuality is a must

*Report to Team Leads

WHAT YOU BRING:
*Team Spirit

*Knowledge of cannabis plant anatomy and strains, and a willingness to learn more

*Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and Health Canada Regulations

*Understanding of cultivation and harvesting practices

*Manual dexterity and motor coordination; good eye-hand coordination

*Proficient and accurate documentation and record keeping ability

*Exceptional organizational and time management skills

*Strong attention to detail

*Energy and intention to your role

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
1 year experience of harvest and post-harvest production WHMIS certification preferred

WHAT WE OFFER:
$22.25/hr, with room for growth on our team (As we grow we are looking for team leads, regional managers, and admin personnel)
