**NUMO Cannabis** is a locally-owned recreational cannabis retailer designed for Edmontonians who lead bustling lifestyles but are continuously on the hunt for new ways to relax and recharge. We champion three basic principles:

- retailing high-quality cannabis and concierge-level customer service
- educating and amplifying cannabis and its culture
- embracing the needs of our local communities

The growth of recreational cannabis is new and exciting, and NUMO Cannabis is at the forefront of that excitement, as one of the original cannabis retailers to open on Legalization Day on October 17, 2018.

**NUMO is looking Cannabis Customer Service Representatives (Budtenders) who**:

- Is reliable, considerate and respectful to all employees & customers.

- Are not afraid to express themselves within an entrepreneurial setting.
- Share our great passion, interest, and expertise in cannabis.

**EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILIES**
- Be reliable and on-time for all assigned shifts.
- Greet and welcome **ALL** customers that come into our stores
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly & knowledgeable about our products
- Educate customers on cannabis and other cannabis products
- Have a team-first & growth mindset that's focused on learning and education
- Be compliant with all AGLC regulations at all times
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
- Conduct proper cash handling procedures such as using floats and being able to take cash in and out of the register
- Contribute to a clean work environment (cleaning displays, sweeping and mopping cleans, and other cleaning tasks)
- Have the ability to manage a point of sale (POS) system
- Champion and embodies company values, internally, and externally
- Contribute towards a safe and healthy work environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Able to pass and be certified with SellSafe and QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker).
- Holds a high school diploma at minimum
- Experience in sales and customer service is an asset
- Able to clearly communicate verbally, virtually & in writing

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
