As a result of our continued growth, AviSina is now offering opportunities for top performers to join our team. We are looking for a **Junior Bookkeeper for our Properties Group**. This role is a pivotal liaison for our ever-growing Properties division as we continue to expand our Lower Mainland portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You have experience with full cycle bookkeeping to ensure efficient operation of our various corporate entities.
- You can manage invoice entry, manage remittances, AP, AR, and account reconciliations.
- You are experienced with accounting software Sage 50 and/or QuickBooks.
- You work effectively in a team environment but can be self-directed when working alone.
- You keep impeccable records and filing practices.
- You can assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports for multiple companies.
- You will coordinate with outside vendors, clients, and agencies.

**Experience and Education**
- Post-Secondary education in a recognized Accounting Program. Preference to be given to individuals pursuing an Accounting Designation.
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a full-cycle bookkeeping role. Experience in construction, development or property management is an asset.
- You have a strong command of bookkeeping practices and experience with Sage 50 and QuickBooks. Experience with Jonas Premier is considered a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and others)
