**Admin position**
- Monday - Thursday 0900-1500, with the possibility of a Friday if it's near the end of the month or beginning of the month, parking available, extended days for the beginning/end of the month.
On-the-job training.
Job Consists of:
- Letter writing familiarity.
- Fluent in the English language, speaking and writing.
- Ability to learn tasks and operate independently.
- Following through on protocols and procedures to do with Tenancy and Administration.
- Communication with property managers, bookkeepers, tenants, and other in-house personnel.
**Must have.**
- Flexibility with an increase of hours at the beginning/end of the month
- Attention to detail, with many forms needing a personal review before moving onward up the chain of command.
**Preferred**
Knowledge of Microsoft Office an asset (specifically Word and basic Excel operations)
- Residing in the general neighborhood of West Van / English Bay. Commute to this location outside of the city can be challenging due to Traffic and construction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
