**Type of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Onsite**

Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario 360 Athletics has been one of the most renowned institutional and fitness equipment distributors in Canada for more than 50 years. 360 Athletics provides direct access to high quality sporting goods and institutional gear for schools and camps and also distributes professional fitness and conditioning equipment for personal training and commercial use.

**Summary of Position**

**Responsibilities**
- Onsite in office position with some flexibility for remote work after training period.
- Accurately input customer orders, ensuring all information is correct and up to date
- Overseeing return of rental products working closely with warehouse and team
- Inspection of rental products to ensure product is clean and in perfect working condition.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Complete order management, including data entry, procurement, expediting, obtaining and storing correspondence and documentation
- Provide pricing, availability, and other information within established guidelines
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Coordinate customer training if necessary.
- Provide optimal inbound calling experience for potential and existing customers
- Possess patience and listening skills to fully comprehend the customer’s concerns and respond accordingly
- Making outbound calls to notify customers of new products, policy changes, order issues, follow ups etc.
- Collaborate with various departments including sales, customer service, and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Process returns and warranty claims including credits
- Customer quotations, orders, and invoicing.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Attend periodic training where applicable.
- Prepare reports and presentations to analyze data and support sales
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Other job duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of direct work experience in a customer service oriented role, business to business capacity preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Comfortable with technology and computer programs such as Shopify, Docusign, payment processors etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and other office products.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
