Automotive Service Advisor

If you have experience working in a customer service role and genuinely enjoy helping people and putting a smile on their face you will fit right in. The day to day tasks in this role consist of checking in clients at the counter, answering phones, quoting out repair estimates, ordering parts, and making informed recommendations to our clients. Going above and beyond for our clients is standard practice.

You have the following qualifications:
- 2-5 years working in an automotive service advisor role
- Experience with german cars
- Class G driver's license / clean abstract
- Experience with protractor (point of sale), Auto serve 1 (digital inspections) and Kimoby (Texting platform) is helpful
Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
