**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Internal Operations Director, the CSR Specialist’s responsibility is to strategically lead and manage key operational support to ensure operational resilience, a high level of service integrity and seamless continuity, including during the absence of frontline managers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise the daily operations of the Customer Service Department
- Work with Sales and Operations to provide accurate and timely service to the customer
- Metrics reporting, new employee training, and troubleshooting
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Investigate and quickly resolve system issues

**Position Requirements**
- Intermediate /advance excel skills. (V-Look ups, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Must be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and ability to track outstanding duties/tasks
- Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years management/leadership experience in Customer Service
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Self-motivated

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
