Our team can provide psychological treatment, psychotherapy, assessment, crisis support and consultation.

**About position**

This is a full-time position that will require you to be physically present working out of our Toronto office.

We have a small office staff, and you will need to work with other staff members to assist with invoicing and other financial issues as well as other office admin duties when needed.

**Reporting Relationship**

You will report directly to the Office Manager who will be your direct supervisor.

You will also work closely with directors in and out of the Toronto office. You will work with other staff to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Join Allied Psychological Services as our front office receptionist in our Toronto, ON office. We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to work Tuesday to Thursday, with the possibility of moving to full time, in office to deliver high quality service to our employees and clients.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone with professionalism and enthusiasm, direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Sending mail, registered letters, and other forms of communication
- Scheduling and managing calendars for Directors
- Coordinate and execute company events such as employee events and client appreciation initiatives
- Manage different projects for Directors
- Assist with coordination of meetings and conferences and book travel arrangements
- Receiving, sorting, and routing mail delivered to the reception desk
- Maintaining the reception and common areas to always look neat and professional
- Ordering, receiving, and organizing all office supplies
- Perform other clerical duties as needed

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess the ability to multitask and successfully prioritize assignments based on deadlines
- Accustomed to working in high volume and high energy atmosphere
- Has successfully demonstrated the ability to take ownership of their work
- Enjoys complex and challenging assignments
- Must be extremely organized and proactive
