**Want to be part of a team that's changing the way Canada travels?**
As Canada’s largest independent ultra-low-cost airline, that’s exactly what we’re doing at Flair Airlines. By consistently offering airfares that are a fraction of the ticket prices of “those other airlines”, we are making air travel an affordable option for millions of couch-bound Canadians.
Yes, we’re an airline, but we truly believe that our product is our people. Low fares are important, but it takes great people delivering consistently outstanding customer-focused service to build brand loyalty.
Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Revenue Partnerships Manager** to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Revenue Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and managing flair’s portfolio of third-party revenue partnerships, including hotels, car rental, travel insurance, and more. This will include securing new partnerships, management of existing third-party products, and coordinating with stakeholders across the business to maximize trading performance for each revenue stream.
The Revenue Partnerships Manager can be based out of Vancouver, BC (YVR) or Edmonton, AB (YEG) and some travel may be required.
**Primary Job Functions**:
The primary responsibility will be ownership of revenue generation from third-party partner products and driving higher revenue per passenger to meet flair’s targets.
This will include:
- Ensure flair’s third-party ancillary products are relevant and attractive to the market.
- Maximize revenue generation from each product by working with the vendor to optimize pricing. This will require close co-operation with data science team-members to deliver constant optimization and increasingly sophisticated pricing methodologies.
- Consistent management of trading performance for each product and working with stakeholders across the Commercial team and wider business to harness opportunities and address any shortfalls.
- Close collaboration with digital product owners to ensure the best positioning of each third-party ancillary product in the booking flow and throughout the customer journey to maximize upsell.
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to optimize messaging and customer communication to drive higher attach rates for each product.
**Key performance measure**
- Partner ancillary revenue per passenger
***Safety Duties, Accountabilities, Authorities, and Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate knowledge of employee responsibilities regarding safety and actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) program;
- Conduct assigned tasks and corrective actions
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Commercially driven and able to transform data and ideas into concrete product and pricing decisions
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
- Able to see opportunities and challenge the status quo
- Proactive with a high sense of ownership
- Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver results
- Able to handle pressure and meet tight timelines in an environment with a high volume of activity
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- At least three years of experience in commercial roles. Experience in ancillary revenue or product management roles in the airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory employment references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
**Flair Airlines offers a competitive compensation package including medical and dental benefits, short and long-term disability, life insurance, dependent life insurance, employee & family assistance program, a defined contribution pension plan (matched contributions), and a staff travel program.**
**How to Apply**:
We look forward to meeting you at Flair Airlines
