**JOB SUMMARY**

You will also be instrumental in keeping the shop flow and teammate morale high, our shop production and parts areas safe, organized and work ready. You will play a vital role serving as one of the driving forces of our company, getting and keeping everything aligned. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, ability to manage a group and a team-based centric mindset, making you an integral part of our company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Consistent Communication** - the main conduit for relaying updates to Team Leaders for repairs (notify of delays, supplements, schedule changes, updating OS systems)

**Conflict Resolution -** investigate and resolve issues, escalating to the appropriate department or lead when necessary.

**Collision Knowledge -** Help all teammates read and understand their estimates/ Rough sheets, parts lists, overall production flow, quality control, assist in deliveries and answer general collision inquiries.

**Cross-Team Collaboration** - Team Leads and CSR to provide comprehensive solutions. Communicating teammate and customer feedback to relevant departments.

**Feedback and Reporting** - Gather information from production and support to provide insurance partners with accurate and up to date information through various portals (ARMS, Mitchell and Qapter).

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum Collision related experience (preferably production based)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high -pressure situations

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
