**Résumé de la position**

Effectuer des tâches d'ingénierie en estimant et en concevant des équipements CVC, spécifiques aux appareils de traitement d'air conçus sur mesure. Ce rôle englobe l'estimation et la conception d'équipements CVC conçus sur mesure, ainsi que la capacité de gérer correctement les projets de la réception de la commande à la livraison du produit.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Appliquer les principes d'ingénierie pour effectuer une grande variété de tâches dans les processus de vente, de devis, d'ingénierie et de fabrication
- Spécifier les composants du système ou sélectionner l'équipement pour assurer la conformité avec la conception technique et les spécifications de performance
- Recommander des modifications de conception pour réduire les coûts ou améliorer les performances
- Créer une lettre de vente détaillée indiquant ce que la proposition comprend et ce qui a été exclu du devis
- Créer des packages de soumission d'ingénierie complets pour les projets d'unités de traitement d'air
- Interagir avec les représentants des ventes externes, les directeurs régionaux des ventes, les clients, les fournisseurs, les sous-traitants et les autres membres du personnel de TMI
- Travaillez simultanément sur de nombreux projets différents et respectez les délais de manière cohérente avec des résultats de haute qualité
- Traiter le travail en utilisant les protocoles de stratégie de vente et suivre les règles d'engagement des ventes
- Suivre les procédures départementales au besoin
- Enquêter sur les défaillances de l'équipement pour diagnostiquer un fonctionnement ou une conception défectueuse. Faire des recommandations au service après-vente pour résoudre les problèmes et mettre à jour les normes pour les conceptions futures
- Autres responsabilités assignées

**Qualifications**

**Éducation**: Baccalauréat en génie ou diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie du génie des systèmes du bâtiment

**Expérience**:Un (1) an et plus d'expérience dans un poste similaire est préférable

**Compétences informatiques**:Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Une expérience avec AutoCAD et/ou un logiciel de modélisation solide est préférable

**Certificats et licences**:Non requis
- Forte capacité à utiliser indépendamment la pensée et le raisonnement pour résoudre un problème en utilisant des concepts d'ingénierie fondamentaux
- Capacité à prêter attention aux moindres détails d'un projet ou d'une tâche
- Capacité à comprendre des sujets techniques complexes et des informations spécialisées
- Capacité d'accepter la responsabilité et de rendre compte de ses actions
- Répondre rapidement aux besoins des clients (internes et externes), répondre aux demandes de service et d'assistance et respecter systématiquement les engagements
- Capacité d'identifier et de corriger les conditions qui affectent la sécurité des employés
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les autres verbalement et par écrit - anglais et français

**Position Summary**

Perform engineering duties by estimating and designing HVAC equipment, specific to custom air handlers. This role encompasses the estimation and design of custom HVAC equipment, as well as the ability to properly manage projects from receipt of order to delivery of product.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Specify system components or select equipment to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
- Recommend design modifications to reduce cost or improve performance
- Create thorough Sales letter indicating what proposal includes and what has been excluded from the quote
- Create full engineering submittal packages for Air Handling Units projects
- Interact with outside sales reps, Regional Sales Managers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other TMI personnel
- Work simultaneously on many different projects and meet deadlines consistently with high quality output
- Process work utilizing sales strategy protocols and follow sales rules of engagement
- Follow departmental procedures as required
- Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty oper
