The Pump Shop has been servicing water systems in Haliburton and surrounding areas for over 30 years and we are now looking for a Receptionist Office Administrator to join our growing team A full time, year round position with benefits is available for the right individual.

JOB SUMMARY

The Office Administrator will complete service invoicing and billing procedures, acting as the first point of contact on the phones and main administrator for service calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- First point of contact on the phone system - forwarding calls, updating customer information and booking service calls, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Work with management to review and send service invoices in a timely manner.
- Act as primary administrator on Service Titan - daily review of service and retail invoices and payments, as well as booking service calls.
- Complete a monthly A/R review.
- Complete collections calls.
- Work with management to address customer concerns.
- Work with management on the implementation of new Service Titan functionalities.
- Snow plow client and water invoicing.
- Joint Health and Safety committee.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Ability to engage with a variety of people - colleagues, customers, vendors, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a friendly, customer centric demeanor.
- Solutions-oriented, with the ability to exercise good judgement to provide excellent customer service.
- Self-starter, with the ability to muti-task
- Required to execute tasks with mínimal guidance while maintaining company standards.
- Required to provide reporting of issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of billing cycles and with an ability to prioritize accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
